I have a grey cat with grey colored fur. She greats me at the end of my workday. Teto comes out of the tall flowers like a tiger in the jungle. Then greets me with "I love you". In his little cat voice.
How fortunate you are René to have so MANY friends adoring Houdi is beautiful! Almost none of my friends are cat people. Missing my recently deceased senior hugely; gut is telling me to not yet bring another home, so am 'listening'. This home without at least one cat feels so off😭 Soon... soon. Thanks for sharing the story and dearest pics of your new girlie, Houdi❣️
such a delightful story, and so ‘of course’ - you are the cat’s servant, and don’t you forget it…. but it’s truly your fault, René. How can you call a cat Houdi(ni) and not knowing immediately that you can’t win in a ‘hide-and-seek’ situation?! that’s just naive :)
I’m a dog person, but if I see a cat, I have to cuddle it too - it goes w/o saying, ppl who love pets, love them all (but don’t have to ‘have’ both or all or ponies, guinea pigs, birds etc.). I hope your new pad will be a happy place, for you and for your master, Houdi! (what a great name this is, makes me smile). My then young child renamed our dachsie to TIGER! When I asked him ‘why’, he said: Because she is so fast, runs like a tiger and is as beautiful as one - and so our ‘Lee’ became a TIGGIE (small tiger)
René, I sympathize, but also love, the way your cat has done what many cats do...trained you. My younger son, Brian and his wife Bonnie, had a cat name Marcel. He was the grouchiest cat I have ever seen, but when Brian and Bonnie had their first child, Marcel was so tender with her and tolerated so much, he even didn't mind when one day (before her parents saw it) Robin started sharing Marchel's food!!!
Cats, a best friend for other cats, dogs, horses, ferret, guinea pigs and hamsters too! I loved your story - Sending love and blessings to you and your feline friend. Thanks for sharing.
Meeow 😻👈🤗

WONDERFUL!!
I adopted a cat 🐈 when she was 13yo and she gets cuddlier every year. 💕 Love!!

I promise it'd be the best move ever! Please, adopt. ✌️
How do I get one?
Ahh, so sweet to recap the entertainment.

Awe…. Thank you! Hi, Teto! 😻
A life with a special cat is so profound! My last pet was a cat that was truly my buddy!!
Yes, absolutely. Every single rescue, cat or dog has a special place in my heart 💗. Forever.
So cute, they have a mind of the very own. ❤️😀
OMG. Do they ever!?? 😻🙌
Beautiful …
Thanks, Virginia! 🌹
Houdi reminds me of our rescue, Kiki. The Cat distribution system waited until I was 64 to pay me a visit. Better late than never.
Indeed! 😊
Beaut story! Loved it!
Thank you immensely, Jae! Much appreciated. ✌️
Love Houdi!! And great story. What a doll.
Thank you, Jeanine! 🌹

ps: Who's the cute ginger kitty with Houdi in the pic above? They look so bonded. Houdi is fine when the ginger is on its way to a different home?
Such a sweet story 🤗❤

Nothing but love for your comment. Thank you, Kiki! ❤️✌️❤️
Gabriel García Márquez's _A Hundred Years of Solitude_: Top of my list of fab novels along with Joyce's _Ulysses_. xx to you and your cats.
Kindest comment, as usual, Mary. Thank you very much! 🌹

I think you misunderstood the fact that this is a parody. Thanks for your comment, though.
