I am a child of the '80s. My daughter will probably be a child of the 2030s.

Yes, lots of folks say the eighties were their fave decade. All I know is that time flies, so might as well do the best we can while we're able. ✌️

I was too messed up in the seventies (I was in junior high and high school). The eighties and nineties were my decades. The eighties were great, but the nineties had grunge...so it's a hard choice!

and my boys were born in 2004 and will be 20 this year!😬

Nirvana! Hehehe... I'm into jazz and fusion (still). Oh, yeah, and World Music, which is pretty out there. ✌️

For me, the 70’s was the decade of firsts…kiss, girlfriend (and everything that went with that 🤭), job, car, concert etc. The music was good too. However, there was too much angst. The 80’s was the sweet spot though. Much more relaxed, lots of travelling, lots of jobs, more money, and the music was really good. Yes, the 80’s was definitely my favourite decade…..so far.

Well done! I graduated from college in the mid-eighties. But that’s where I like to believe I am, still. Or in my younger adult life, I swing by for lessons but I need my children and family to keep my head up. I’m lost without being a mom, a Gigi, or an aunt.

I liked the music of the 70s. In the 80s I was in the army and then meeting my future ex-wife so, meh on the 80s. 🤣

Loved the music in the 70s, of course! It's a coin toss, but financially I did better in the 80s Where you in Nam? I was in Cambodia in ’72.
